Office and Opthalmology Building

This 10,000 square foot, one story office building is designed with a red brick and white masonry base with stucco walls above. It is a steel frame skeleton building with metal stud infill walls and pre-fabricated wood truss roof. All office suites have entrances directly to the outside with parking located on two sides of the building. Tenant space plans were also provided including an ophthalmology suite and other business offices.
