This project was designed for a prominent site in Bayonne, New Jersey (across the river from New York City) and bordered by a highway and a main street. A total of 40,040 square foot horse racing OTW (off-track wagering) facility having 30,030 square feet on the ground level including gaming area, offices, bar and dining area and 10,010 square feet of mezzanine space. We designed the exterior to convey a sense of festivity, entertainment, and excitement with a mix of materials including stone, stucco, glass, and metal, with ample space for equestrian graphics.
