53-55 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, NJ

This project is two of the 18 commercial buildings designed by our firm in the township of Warren, NJ. Consisting of two buildings connected by parking and driveways, these house retail space on the first floor and office space on the second. 55 Mountain Boulevard was originally designed as a remodel to the original building that occupied the site, however, after planning board approval, the developer decided to demolish the building and rebuild it as designed.

53 Mountain Boulevard was designed to replace and existing building that also stood where part of the new building is. Materials include brick, cast stone trim, and horizontal siding. The elevation pictured above faces the main street through town and is across the street from the township’s municipal buildings.
