European Style Estate

This home exhibits European charm with it’s steeply pitched hip roofs, arch dormers, red-pink fired brick, and cast-stone trim and corner quoins. Several years after the home was completed, the clients commissioned us to design a Pool House designed in the fashion of the main house.

The pool house includes an extended roof area to provide outdoor sun protection, a volume ceiling interior with exposed timber structural roof trusses, and 27’ wide x 8’ high wood and glass folding door panels that, when fully retracted, provide an unobstructed 27’ wide opening to the pool deck.
