Located at 24 Mountain Boulevard in Warren, NJ, this small office/ retail building measures 2,160 square feet in floor area. Designed for a small site, the building may be used for either professional office space, business, or retail space. The tall entrance door and window permits natural light to fill the interior. The ceiling of the entrance canopy extends into the central portion of the building’s interior creating volume not typically found in smaller buildings. The roof structural system was designed as cost-efficient wood roof trusses which also formed the ceiling of the central axis. The gallery includes a 3D colored rendering we used at the presentation to the town’s Planning Board for project approval.
