Warren Office-North Rd

This 5,000 square foot building sits on a triangular shaped property in Warren, NJ bordered on one side by King George Road and on another side by Dubois Road. Being a relatively small spec office building the client wanted the tenant spaces to feel “airy” and spacious. We included 12’ high ceilings with high transom windows to provide the office suites with the sense of volume and abundant natural light. As the building has a western and a southern exposure, we designed large roof overhangs to avoid glaring summer sun.
