Located on a bucolic, rolling, and scenic site which overlooks a lake, this project was designed as 6 individual buildings totaling 44 private dwellings with individual entrances and an age restriction of 55 years or older. All the buildings are sited along a meandering private road with gas-like street lamps and include either 4 units or 8 units and are two-stories in height. All dwelling units are one-floor living located either on the first floor or second floor with most first units also having finished daylight walk-out basements which adds additional bonus square footage. Residences contain an attached garage, a second driveway parking space, as well as additional visitor parking located adjacent to each building.
Second-floor units include a private elevator and private covered balconies. Units are separated horizontally and vertically with two-hour fire protection assemblies and all buildings have full fire suppression sprinkler systems. Exterior materials include red brick veneer, no-maintenance horizontal siding, and hard-wood shutters. The property is well landscaped and care was taken to preserve the site’s mature trees.
